Photos are great, and combined with video and music  through an artist flow people can get a real feel for your place, just like they are right there in their potential new home or rental.

Offering emotion to a place  is extremely helpful to give a real sense of the property right away. Especially if someone is interested who can not view the property in person. 

I can travel all over the Big Island, and I can fly to Kauai to video as well.
